The grandson of Max Bell (www.maxbell.org), a Canadian journalist and philanthropist, Jason is a Calgary "lifer" in that he was born and raised in Calgary. Jason attended Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School and went on to the University of Calgary where he studied Economics and Political Science.
Jason developed his passion for real estate early. His family has been involved in real estate in the Calgary area for over 4 decades and was the source of his inspiration to become a REALTOR®. Meeting new people daily, allowing his creative side to flourish by developing marketing ideas that make colleagues jealous and striving to perfect the art of negotiation made the world of real estate the ideal career for him. He possesses a unique ability to help sort out the special needs and concerns of each of his clients and always puts himself in their shoes.
Today, Jason continues the tradition his family began several decades ago. He is a respected real estate professional and REALTOR® and is involved in both residential and commercial real estate developments in Calgary and the surrounding areas.
Tess moved to Calgary with her family in 1977. She graduated from Henry Wisewood High School and studied Psychology at the University of Calgary.
After completing her university degree, Tess followed her passion of working with people and families and worked with autistic and special-needs children for nine years. Her knowledge & experience as a behavioural consultant is still well regarded in the education system and she continues to be called upon by teachers, therapists and parents for advice, instruction and guidance. But the calls don’t end there...
Whether it is Tess’s background in psychology or simply her personality, Tess receives numerous compliments on a monthly basis about her demeanour. Other real estate professionals and industry members like to work with her and past clients call on a regular basis looking for answers to new questions or simply to say “Hi”.
Tess became a real estate professional because it still allowed her to work with families but help people in a new way that was still rewarding.
Tess & Jason always love what they do best – helping others. In their spare time, they spend it with their family, friends and pets.
